Men's jacket made of boiled merino wool

Boiled wool is a natural material with special properties: it is soft, light, flexible and thermally efficient.

The jacket is made in Romania from boiled merino wool with a thickness of 450 g/m² (the thickness is approximate, it can vary during the manufacturing process). It is coated in the hood and neck area with an organic cotton jersey.

The manufacturing process is simple: mechanical stirring in hot water creates a "felting" (with a shrinkage of around 30-50%), which leads to a dense material, in the structure of which small air bubbles collect, which increase resistance and thermal efficiency.

Boiled wool is a dirt-repellent product. Ventilation and light brushing are sufficient (wool is a material that is "self-cleaning").
